New York, New York-- (Jun. 7, 2013) Marlin & Associates, the boutique investment banking and strategic advisory firm, today announced that three transactions on which Marlin recently advised have been named finalists for the 3^rd Annual ACG New York Champion’s Awards.The organization’s annual Champion’s Awards recognize the year’s outstanding middle market firms and deals. Marlin was nominated for advising:

• SR Labs (New York, New York) on its sale of a majority interest to Insight Venture Partners (New York, New York);
• Coalition Development Ltd. (London, United Kingdom) on its sale to CRISIL (Mumbai, India), a subsidiary of McGraw-Hill (NYSE:MHP); and
• XSP (Birmingham, Alabama) on its sale to SunGard (Wayne, Pennsylvania).
